We fell hard for scotch eggs last week in London. They’re like the British equivalent of a breakfast empanada — soft boiled egg, wrapped in sausage, breaded and fried. Doesn’t that sound insanely good? It is. Luckily, we found some absolutely delicious ones in NYC, at Myers of Keswick in the West Village.
