We made mini meringues for the White Dinner, sandwiched together with a white chocolate wasabi yuzu filling with candied orange peel. Trouble was, we didn’t have fresh wasabi (substituted wasabi paste, made from a powder) or fresh yuzu juice (substituted lime juice.) Well — we found a spot that has both, and so much more.
